"My order showed up with the wrong stuff"
I ordered a few hair products from Beauty Supply 123, and yeah, the package got here fine, but two things weren’t right. One of the shades was completely different from what I picked, and another item just wasn’t in the box at all. Shipping wasn’t bad, so that part was okay, but now I’ve got to email them and wait to see what they say. It’s not the worst experience ever, but it’s annoying when you’re excited for an order and it shows up wrong

The item itself was fine, so no real issue there, but the box showed up completely smashed. I mean, you’d think it’s common sense to pack things a little better for shipping.

"Whoa, that arrived fast"
I was surprised how quickly it showed up. I opened the package like, “Oh, it’s already here?” Shipping was great, but the packaging was just kind of meh.

"Pretty happy with how the return was handled"
I had to return a hair dryer because it wasn’t working properly when it arrived. It did take a few days to hear back, so it wasn’t the fastest process, but the refund went through without any issues. Overall, I’m satisfied with how everything was handled.

"Good products, but I’m picky about packaging"
I ordered a few hair products from Beauty Supply 123, i was happy with them. I’m kind of biased because once a shampoo and conditioner feel fresh and actually work on my hair, I’m already leaning positive. These didn’t seem watered down or cheap, which I really appreciated.
The only thing that bugged me was one of the caps had a small dent. The product inside was totally fine, so it wasn’t a big deal, but I’m a little picky about stuff arriving in nice shape. I’d probably order again, I just hope they improve the packaging a bit.

I had a small issue with my order, so I emailed customer service not really knowing how long it would take. They got back to me quicker than I expected and sorted things out without a bunch of back and forth, which you definitely appreciate when you just want it handled. The final update did take one extra day, so it wasn’t totally perfect, but overall I was happy with the support. I’d order again.

"Shows in stock, but it really isn’t"
I ordered a few things from beautysupply123.com because the site said they were in stock, but a few days later I got an email saying most of my order wasn’t actually available. It’s frustrating, especially after already paying and thinking everything was good to go.
I’m sure other customers would feel the same way — if something isn’t available, the website should show that upfront. I wouldn’t have placed the order if I knew half the items were out, i don’t plan on ordering from them again

"Tracking went nowhere and now I feel played"
I placed my order and got a tracking number, but it basically just sat there with no real updates for days. I kept checking because I was already worried I might be getting fooled, and nothing ever made it look like the package was actually moving. I tried to be patient, but it was frustrating and felt like a waste of time. I still don’t have my stuff, so I can’t give more than 1 star.

"Honestly, it was okay but could be smoother"
The site was alright to use, but the search felt a bit clunky and some pages took longer to load than I expected. I did end up finding what I needed, but the whole experience could definitely use a little work

"The products were good, but the shipping felt really overpriced"
I did like the stuff I ordered, and I don’t really have any complaints about the actual products themselves, but the shipping cost caught me off guard. It just seemed way higher than it should have been for what I was buying, and it kind of took away from the overall experience. I probably would have felt a lot better about the order if the shipping had been more reasonable

I found better prices here than at my local store, which makes me wonder why they’re charging so much down the road. Everything arrived in good shape and I’m happy with what I paid. I’d order again

"I was surprised by how much Beauty Supply..."
I was surprised by how much Beauty Supply 123 has. I found hair products, skincare, and even a few brands I don’t usually see in the stores around me, which was a nice bonus.
The site was easy to browse, and I think other customers would like having so many options in one place too. It makes it simple when you’re trying to restock a few things at once without jumping between different stores

"Honestly not sure if it was the real thing"
I ordered this hair product because I’ve used it before, so I thought I knew what to expect. But when it showed up, I was kind of confused because something about it just didn’t feel the same.

The scent seemed way weaker than the one I usually buy in stores, and the label looked slightly different too. Even the texture felt off, which made me second-guess whether it was genuine or if it was maybe just a weird batch.

Shipping was fine, so no issue there, but with beauty products I really need to feel confident about what I’m putting in my hair. I’m still not totally sure what was going on with it, but I probably wouldn’t order it again.
